Mr. Dupleich
serves a Regional Project Coordinator for Latin America and
the Caribbean as well as the Middle East and North Africa
regions at IOS Partners. He has most recently been managing
and coordinating international development projects in
Morocco (USTDA - Cold Storage Needs for Palm Dates) and
Jamaica (InterAmerican Development Bank) - Reform of the
National People’s Cooperative Bank).
Mr. Dupleich
is also involved in business development and liaising with
international donor agencies and relevant stakeholders. He
is Bilingual in English and Spanish and conversant in
French. He holds a degree in Marketing from McGill
University.
Mr. Dupleich
has been working in international development since 1996,
and has previously been engaged in the following:

Feasibility study and Environmental Impact Assessment
of a 4000 bpd Diesel Refinery Plant – Santa Cruz,
Bolivia / EgerBosa - Hanover Compression - S A Power
Inc.

Feasibility Study for a 300 MW power generation plant
for export to Brazil. This CIDA supported study was in
coordination with the Brazilian government and Bolivian
power distribution Co-op C.R.E..

Municipality of Santa Cruz and a Canadian firm for the
city’s cadastre administration and registration system,
where a 15 million dollar contract was eventually
signed.
