Transaction Advisory Services for the Implementation of
The Kuwait International Airport Development
Plan-Private Sector Projects

IOS Partners is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to serve full-time as the Project Manager/Team Leader for a project in Kuwait to provide transaction advisory services for the implementation of the Kuwait International Airport Development Plan.   

The project will consist of providing transaction advisory services to the Partnership Technical Bureau (PTB) of Kuwait in order to achieve comprehensive performance in the construction and operation of ancillary services facilities at Kuwait International Airport through the private sector. The team will structure the Project and bring in a qualified private developer/investor for designing, financing, building, and operating the facilities/services.

The facilities in question are as follows:

1. Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Center.

2. Catering Facility and Services.

3. Cargo Handling and Services Facilities.

4. Gas and Maintenance Stations (Landside/Airside) with required support facilities.

5. Hotel (Landside).

The Team Leader will assume overall responsibility of the Project and be the primary point of contact with the PTB.   

The Project Manager/Team Leader should have following qualifications:

• A proven background in aviation related transaction structuring and procurement of no less than ten (10) years;
• Experience leading a team on two or more similar projects in the last ten (10) years;
• A Masters degree or equivalent in Finance or Engineering;
• Experience working in the Gulf region;
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferable.
