IOS Partners has established and continues to expand our global partner network by building Local Affiliate Partnerships with country-specific management consulting firms by providing these firms with international reach and expertise. We believe in establishing local ongoing partnerships in countries and markets of particular interest to our clients. By doing so, we work closely with local resources to identify and validate concrete solutions, which are truly adapted to the needs of the milieu. While our corporate focus is in the emerging markets of Asia, Africa and Latin America as well as the transition economies of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, we provide consulting services to public and private financial institutions in industrialized countries as well.
